STUART MICHAEL GLASS
Education:
Mike Glass received his Juris Doctor degree in 1975
from The College of William and Mary. He was admitted
to the Virginia State Bar that same year. Mike earned
his bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond
in 1972 with a major in Latin.
Experience:
Mike had extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation
involving insurance issues prior to joining this firm,
including “first chair” trial experience.
He began his legal career in insurance defense, concentrating
in the areas of automobile and premises liability. Mike
then spent several years in a general practice with
an emphasis on personal injury cases, representing both
defendants and plaintiffs. He moved from general practice
into becoming in-house counsel for a liability carrier
and then claims attorney for a malpractice insurance
company.
Professional Memberships:
Mike is a member of the Virginia
State Bar Association and can practice in all Virginia
State Courts. He is also authorized to practice in both
the Eastern and Western Districts of the Federal Court
System, the 4th Circuit, and before the United States
Supreme Court.
